Eat less crap, eat more food!

Eat less crap:

C - carbonated drinks
R - refined sugars
A - artificial sweeteners & colours
P - processed foods

Eat more food:

F - fruits & veggies
O - organic lean protein
O - omega 3 fatty acids
D - drink water
